A: Another year reaches its end. I’m sure there’ll be another wave of people switching jobs.
B: Yeah. I had initially considered jumping on that bandwagon and switching jobs too.
A: Are you serious?
B: But finding a job with a salary that beats this one would be really hard, so I quelled that thought.
