B: But in Taiwan most job applicants just use the conventional CV forms provided by employment agencies. They’re all basically the same.

A: Not even I, let alone an employer looking to hire somebody, want to see yet another resume simply using the standard format.

B: Some companies like the standard format. It’s best not to be too unconventional.
