A: A customer just called saying she’s going to take legal action if we don’t hurry up and take care of her complaint.
B: Was it Miss Wang? I’ve been calling her for two days, but no one answers.
A: Maybe you called the wrong number.
B: I don’t make those sorts of mistakes, but to be on the safe side just give me her number again.
